rediscovering soul
Mentor Coaching for Coaches and Facilitators
My mentor coaching is shaped by the varied individual, team, and group coaching experiences I have had, my many years of dsigning & facilitating group experiences, and my focus on shifting from outer objectives to deeper meaning and insights. While I do offer formal mentor coaching for those on an ICF credential path, I also offer coaching packages focused on specific topics for coaches and facilitators, design & facilitation coaching, and archetypal coaching with a client-created focus.
Exploring the Call to Coach
a consideration of your coaching path through the lens of Hillman's acorn theory
James Hillman's acorn theory proposes that we have always had inside us the essence of who we are and the difference we are called to make in this world. Shaped by our strengths and challenges, as well as our culture, our family, and life experiences, our call can find expression in different ways. This coaching package provides an opportunity to dig deeply into the concept of calling and how this call impacts your coaching practice.

Archetypal Threads: weaving your professional soul-sparks
discovering the archetypal stories that guide your work in the world
Below outer objectives lies a deeper world of meaning and insights. Knowing your own core energies and preferred ways of moving through the world is an essential part of encouraging others to explore their own stories. This coaching package presents an opportunity for coaches and facilitators to move beyond their own outer objectives and develop an awareness of the deeper currents moving within their professional lives. This awareness encourages deep reflection, reflection that invites a more meaningful understanding of professional identity and the threads that connects and strengthens the offerings provided to others. Also offered as a group coaching experience.

Design & Facilitation Coaching for Group Facilitators
Mentor coaching partnerships are open to all facilitators seeking to refresh or enhance their facilitation and/or design skills. I have been designing and facilitating group learning experiences for over 30 years, and bring this rich experience to my mentoring. My facilitation and design style is heavily influenced by my work in dialogue education, an approach that brings an intentional design that encourages engagement, safety and inclusion. I have been certified as a Certified Dialogue Education Teacher (CDET) with Global Learning Partners since 2002, and trained as an experiential educator for almost thirty years, cultivating an approach to facilitation and design that consistently creates meaningful opportunities for discovery.
Mentor Coaching for ICF Coaches (Credential Application or Renewal)
Meentor coaching partnerships are offered for those applying for their ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, seeking to renew their certification at the ACC level, or preparing to apply for their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. The fee per session includes a detailed review of one submitted recorded coaching session and individualized feedback on that session, focusing on the ICF core competencies.
Our mentor coaching partnership will focus on developing and fine-tuning your skills as a coach or facilitator, honoring your unique style and strengths. As a mentor coach, I will support you as you identify competencies to focus on, and provide feedback on your strengths and growth areas. My mentor coaching sessions are all one-on-one to allow for a more personalized mentoring experience.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) requires those seeking certification or recertification to take part in 10 hours of a mentor coaching partnership. ICF requires a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 of the those required mentor coaching hours to be individual sessions.
I am a registered ICF Mentor Coach, listed on the ICF Mentor Coach Registry, ensuring that the coaching I provide follows the ICF guidelines for mentor coaching. I have been a PCC level coach since 2009, and have recently taken the updated ICF credentialing exam to keep myself current on the credentialing process.
Archetypal Coaching
the creative process of life coaching enhanced by the imaginal perspective of soul
The archetypal coaching I offer is individual coaching, modeled on the coaching I developed and offered within my dissertation research. It blends together traditional life coaching with the core movements of archetypal psychology and other imaginal practices. The imaginal perspective at its core is designed to invite multiple perspectives and deepen how events are perceived. This perspective invites a rich understanding of self through an exploration of the deeper energies and themes that shape our lived experience and impact the work we offer to the world.
