Coaching and facilitation or two different professions, each having its own skill set and theories, yet sharing a number of common threads. Coaches and facilitators both provide guidance: coaches by asking the powerful questions to individuals and groups, facilitation by designing & leading an experience that brings a group to their intended goal. Both strive to be experts in their professional process, but take on different roles: coaches that of partner, and facilitator that of guide. Both professions have their theories, and, as Jung said, those within each field must learn their theories well. But true mastery lies within the ability to set aside these theories when one touches "the miracle of the living soul."

My educational offerings are designed to teach specific skill sets and theories, AND to encourage coaches and facilitators to move beyond outer objectives as they create and work within their professional containers.
